Temptation Cancun Resort offers Free Wi-Fi (Limited Access) for all guests. Limited access meaning that video channels such as: YouTube, Netflix, live streaming, etc., are not accessible. If you find it necessary to utilize these video channels, we do offer an unlimited internet package for an additional service charge.

Round-trip transportation to and from CANCUN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT is available for an additional fee unless you are staying in the Master Suite or Penthouse Suite.

Keeping the identity of our guests’ private is extremely important to us, due to the unique concept of our resort. For this reason, we ask that you refrain from taking photos/video around the main pool, as well as stipulated theme nights, due to spicy content. Feel free to enjoy doing so in all other areas of our spectacular resort. Be sure and capture your favorite Temptation Cancun Resort moments at designated photo hotspots around the property.
No. There is sufficient bedding to accommodate the maximum occupancy per room.
Temptation Cancun Resort offers both laundry and dry cleaning services for an additional service charge.
Yes. Two of our specialty restaurants require reservations, SHE & FLAME. Restaurant reservations cannot be made until you are on property.
Yes; however, the reservations for different spa services cannot be made until you are on property.
Temptation Cancun Resort offers domestic & international brand spirits, beer, wine and soft drinks.
Your mini bar will be stocked with water, juice, soft drinks, and beer.
There is a $400 incidental fee hold put on a major credit card.
The resort is more than happy to take Room requests. Please note that the resort cannot guarantee any specific room number, floor, building or number of beds; however we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Flight information must be submitted for transportation at least 7 days before arrival. If flight information is not submitted at least 7 days before arrival it will be automatically canceled for no refund.
The balance on reservations will be automatically charged to the credit card used to make the deposit 30 days before arrival. Please contact us if you want to use a different credit card than what was used to make the reservation.
